Alex Atala em NYC

Chef Alex Atala was in New York this week for the New York City Wine & Food Festival. Atala is the Head chef of D.O.M., the Sao Paulo based Brazilian Restaurant, ranked 6th in the world. While in the city, he also dished his philosophies on originality in the industry at the New York Times Talks with David Chang of Momofuku and Jeff Gordinier of the New York Times, and cooked his first D.O.M.-style dinner in the United States.

Chef Alex Atala estava em Nova York esta semana para a New York Wine & Food Festival. Atala é o chefe de cozinha do D.O.M, o Restaurante brasileiro em São Paulo, classificados sexto no mundo. Enquanto na cidade, ele também falou sobre suas filosofias originalidade na indústria no show do New York Times com David Chang do Momofuku e Jeff Gordinier do New York Times, e cozinhou seu primeiro jantar de estilo DOM, nos Estados Unidos.
